I served as lead designer on the Nationwide account from the pitch process through final delivery. Our challenge was to redesign the Nationwide site while staying within existing brand guidelines. I led a design workshop with key stakeholders to surface current pain points, align on goals, and establish limitations. From there, my team developed style tiles and wireframes to define our approach to a streamlined user experience, more intuitive navigation, and a refreshed user interface. We ultimately delivered a comprehensive design system and high-fidelity designs spanning the homepage, search experience, and a library of components to support a templated approach to the broader redesign.
