Verizon case study

Design Workshops, UX Design, UI Design, Email Design, Web Design

I served as lead designer for all of Verizon Business' Growth and CRM campaigns, as well as the redesign of several Verizon Business web pages, over the course of three years. During that time, I led design efforts across roughly 50 email campaigns, managing a design team while also contributing as a designer on many campaigns myself. After a major Verizon rebrand, I guided our team through applying the new visual identity to our designs — not once, but twice: first during the initial rebrand, and again after a refresh just a year later.

A significant design effort during my time with Verizon was the redesign of their State and Local Government landing page. The original page was overwhelmed with content, making it difficult for users to find what they were looking for. Working closely with the client, we completely restructured the page with a careful eye on content strategy, resulting in a simpler, more streamlined user experience. This redesign came early in Verizon's rebranding process, and I played a key role in defining how the new brand identity would translate to Verizon Business' web components.

Throughout my time working with Verizon, I collaborated closely with clients, strategists, copywriters, and engineers. I also produced and hosted several thought leadership workshops with our clients to examine current processes, identify pain points, and explore future design opportunities for Verizon.
