The Challenge

Boardroom One is an audio-focused SaaS conference platform built in collaboration with Dolby, designed to reimagine professional conversation through the power of spatial audio. I was challenged to design an app that connects users through "rooms" — immersive, audio-first spaces that bring a sense of physical presence to digital dialogue.

The Process

As Senior Designer on the project, I led a stakeholder workshop to align the team around product vision, core features, target audiences, and overall design direction. From there, I translated those insights into a comprehensive UX foundation: developing distinct personas for each audience segment to ensure the experience spoke directly to their needs. We then wireframed every core feature of the platform for each persona, ensuring an intuitive user experience for creating an account, sending room invitations, managing an administrative dashboard, and the experience of participating in the “rooms” from the perspective of both a moderator and an attendee.

The Result

As Senior Designer, I led all UI design work to bring the wireframes to life as a polished, high-fidelity product. Every screen was crafted with close adherence to Boardroom One's brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional visual language across the entire experience. The final deliverables included a complete set of high-fidelity mockups alongside a fully clickable prototype.

The final experience spanned the full user journey: an intuitive profile creation flow, a seamless invitation system for connecting users to rooms, and a guided organization setup process for new teams onboarding to the platform. The administrator dashboard distilled complex management needs such as user permissions, room controls, and organizational settings into a clean, navigable interface that empowered admins without overwhelming them. The result was a cohesive, brand-aligned product ready to move confidently into development.
